With my partner and collaborator, Hang Linton, we share our practice of non conventional care methods, through creativity and play, with people from marginalised communities. We experiment with finding ways of being more empathetic and soft with ourselves and others. We have adapted out workshops so that they can be offered online or in person. I have also facilitated workshops with the collective Sickness Affinity Group.
Here are some examples of recent workshops:
☆ Imagining New Worlds of Care at Special School + Outburst Queer Arts Festival
☆ Creature Bodies + Performative Personas at nGbK Gallery 'Making Queer' Community Outreach Program
☆ Alchemical Creatures and Archaic Garms:BURLUNGIS Queering Medievalism at Galerie im Turm
☆ Sharing Movement Through Collage and Print
☆ Sick Time, Crip Time, Caring Time
